The Back to School Code-A-Thon is a 48-hour program that gives students an opportunity to use technology, research, and collaboration to address issues and problems confronting the human race on a global scale. Students will work together to learn to code HTML, JavaScript, React and GitHub to build a website that reflects their ideas and commitment to problem-solving. Prizes are available for the teams that create the top three projects in their location! This is an event, and students will be able to speak, work, and learn with other students around the world via live video, web, and telecommunication technology!

Eligibility

1. Students Must Be Enrolled In Middle School or High School

2. All Students Must Have Been Registered And Accepted To Participate In The 2019 Codeathon. 

3. All projects must be created at one of the three event sites.

4. Team sizes are determined by each site's lead. 

5. Projects Must Be Submitted By The Deadline
